Thankfully, the cell coverage has improved across most of the country and we can now offer you High Speed Unlimited Internet where you work, live, and play.
The beauty of our service is simple...if your phone works, we will, too.
We even have an external antenna available that increases signal strength in those stubborn bottoms and hollers...and, sometimes for those pesky tin roofs that sound so soothing in the rain, but can interfere with your cell phone sometimes. However, most people don't even need the extra oomph due to the strength of the routers we provide.
Speaking of routers, just know that our equipment is actually YOUR equipment. That's right, you own it outright. No monthly rentals or penalties for not returning something. That's the setup fee you'll see when you first sign up. It's a one-time charge.
Another perk our services offer is the ability to turn off service when you won't be using it for a few months, without a penalty.
That phone number at the top of the page goes to Robert's phone. Yes, we give you direct access. No pressing numbers to then get somebody that doesn't understand you. Keep in mind that he is just one man, so you should probably send a text for simple questions. But, he loves to talk and answer questions.

How It Actually Works
Our service is simple.
Place your order online.
Receive your device at the address you provide or have it delivered to our store for you to pickup on your way through town if you live local.
Open the shipping box.
Inside, you will see a device, some antennas, and a power cord.
Connect the antennas and power cord as labeled (some aren't label and don't have a specific order).
Plug the device into a standard electrical outlet where you'd like your device to sit.
*NOTE* The device does NOT have to be next to your TV.
Give the device a few minutes to boot up.
Using the username and password on the device, connect your TV, phone, computer, gaming console, security cameras, etc.
Now, the last step is extremely important...ENJOY!
Remember, our service is not line of sight and it is not satellite. Weather and obstructions generally do not interfere with your service.
If your power blinks, your device may lose power and need to reboot before you can connect again. This will happen automatically.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
There are a few things you can do if you're having difficulties.
1. Unplug the device for a minute and plug it back up.
It will reboot and reconnect automatically.
2. Ensure the antennas are not loose by hand tightening only.
Sometimes the vibrations of the house (wind, washing machine, walking) can loosen them...other times it's children or animals.
I recommend doing 1 and 2 together.
3. Last resort. Send a text to 318-381-9449 with your name and the problem you're having.
We'll take care of the rest. This usually requires you to do step 1 after we're finished.
The most common reason you'll ever have a problem will have to do with the tower you're using. Sometimes the device loses connection because of a power interruption at the tower or some other hiccup beyond our control. Please note that if the tower goes down, your internet will be down, unless you use a different carrier. There is nothing we can do for a tower being down other than wait for the technicians to get it back up.
